Usage tips Assemble the Base and Wheels

When you first use it, detach the all accessories inside the product. Assemble the bases into the fixed grooves. Align bases and secure them firmly.

Filling Water

Fill the water below the MAX line. The MAX line is marked on the inner surface. Please DO NOT let foreign substances such as aroma oil enter.

First Operation

The first time you use it, it takes about 30 seconds for the pump to draw up water. If the LED flashes with '--', it indicates a lack of water.

Silicone Cap for Cleaning

Use the provided silicone cap for the air vent when cleaning the main unit to prevent water damage.

Does the product require a separate filter?

No separate filter is required.

After filling the water tank for the first time, the product does not operate.

This product uses a pump to draw water and mist it out. During the initial use, it takes about 30 seconds of pumping time before the humidification begins.

The humidity is not increasing.

The measurement values can differ depending on the place and time of measurement, as well as the material of the floor or wall. Please check again after sufficient time has passed for misting.

There is a noise coming from the humidifier.

There may be the sound of water droplets falling or very faint noises during the air supply process. Additionally, slight fan noise may occur when the product is turned ON/OFF, which is also normal.

The humidifier is not working even though there is water in the tank.

There might be something blocking the pump hose. Please check and clean the pump hose. Also, ensure that the humidifier is placed on a level and stable surface to operate correctly.
